New Lift (Install)
Enquiry: Our team will listen to your needs and direct your enquiry to the appropriate person.
Discussion of needs: A meeting or phone conversation going forward will give both parties more information about what is required, the timeframe and what we can offer. At this stage, drawings and/or lift specifications may be required.
New lift proposal: We will provide a proposal and quote detailing our offer for your new lift. We can provide alternative solutions to suit your building needs and your costing. We welcome discussion about any detail of the proposal with the aim of meeting your requirements.
Acceptance: When our proposal is accepted, we outline a more specific timeframe for the project and order the equipment.
Project Installation: An experienced installation team will be on site as per the timeframe outlined. At all times, they will act professionally and adhere to workplace health and safety guidelines. We make sure that each of our tradesmen take care to leave the site clean and tidy during and at the end of each day. Throughout the installation, there will be regular visits from the installation manager, company director and/or project engineer to check on progress.
Practical Completion: This signifies the completion of the contract works and the start of the warranty period. At this time, we will send all relevant manuals, documentation, warranty statements and compliance certificates.
Customer Feedback: Throughout the entire process, we welcome feedback. The best way for us to help you, is for you to let us know if there is anything further we could be doing to assist.
Maintenance
Enquiry: Our team will listen to your needs and explain the process and timeframe going forward.
Site visit: An experienced technician will meet you at the site of your lift and perform an inspection. This will help us determine how we can best help you.
Maintenance Proposal: We will discuss maintenance options to best suit your lift based on the equipment type and level of usage it receives. A maintenance proposal will then be submitted for you to look over. If anything is not to your satisfaction at this stage, we may be able to offer alternative maintenance options.
Acceptance: When our proposal is accepted, we add your equipment to our maintenance planning schedule to ensure the best level of service for your lift. We will discuss the site-specific requirements, including safety requirements, site inductions, building access and body corporate or building manager feedback/reporting requirements.
Maintenance Services: Preventative maintenance is carried out in accordance with statutory requirements and the manufacturer’s specifications to ensure a high level of safety and reliability. For further details about the maintenance service provided, please refer to “Lift Maintenance and Repairs” page.
Ongoing Services: Can include: annual safety certification, capital planning budgeting, upgrade and refurbishment recommendations.

Refurbishment and Modernisation
Recognising a Need: Whether you come to us with an request for information, or we come to you with a solution to a problem, we will listen to your needs and provide you with all relevant information related to the potential refurbishment or modernisation of your lift.
Site Visit: At this time, an Eletech manager will meet you on site to have a detailed discussion about your expectations and what we can do to fulfil them.
Present Solution Proposal: We will specify the scope of works, lead time, program and our quoted price for works.
Acceptance: When our proposal is accepted, we outline a more specific timeframe for the works and initiate supply. Discussions regarding the building requirements (eg. work times allowed, safety requirements for building tenants) will be had at this stage to ensure the project runs from beginning to end, smoothly and efficiently.
